Lalitha T. She completed her Master’s degree in Computer Applications in the year 2010, laying a strong foundation for her career in advanced computing and information technology. Upon graduation, she joined Wipro Technologies, one of India’s leading global IT services companies, where she worked as a Senior Developer from 2010 to 2015. During her tenure at Wipro, she gained extensive experience in software development and technological problem- solving, skills which would later complement her research endeavors in artificial intelligence and intelligent systems. Driven by a deep interest in innovation and the transformative potential of AI-driven learning technologies, she transitioned into academia and research. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral studies, concentrating on artificial intelligence and its application in the domain of smart learning and recommendation systems. Her research particularly aims to enhance E- Learning frameworks by integrating adaptive learning , microlearning technologies that can cater to the dynamic needs of corporate learners. By leveraging advanced algorithms in machine learning and NLP, her work seeks to develop personalized learning models that improve learner engagement and outcomes. Over the years, she has established a solid academic profile with numerous scholarly contributions. Her publication record includes three international conference papers, three journal articles published in Scopus-indexed journals, and one book chapter. These publications reflect the scholarly rigor and innovative depth of her research work. In 2020, she was honored with the “Best Scholar Award” by the International Research Awards on New Science Innovations, organized by the Scientific Federation of Scholars (SFS). In 2022, she received the “Best Researcher Award in the Field of Computer Application” from the ISSN International Science & Technology Awards and Congress (IISTAC-2022), held in association with the World Research Council.
