Dr. Aimée Tathiana Koulounda has been awarded the prestigious title of "International Best
Researcher award" at ISTRA 2025. Originally from the Republic of the Congo, I am Swiss and I
reside in Geneva, Switzerland. My academic journey is marked by a Ph.D. in management
science obtained from ESM in March 2020. I also hold an MBA from ESM (2013) and a master’s
degree in communication from University Lumière Lyon II (2010), thus solidifying my expertise
in these fields. My professional career has been enriched by significant experience with the
World Bank, where I served as a consultant. My contributions focused primarily on social
safety net programs, essential for enhancing the economic resilience of vulnerable
populations. The detailed report of my work at the World Bank, along with the results
achieved, testify to my commitment and expertise in this sector. Here is the reference.

In addition, I am the Vice President at IARIS (African Institute of International and Strategic
Relations), an experience highlighted by the organization of an international symposium to
celebrate the 60th anniversary of Africa's independence. This event not only served as a
platform to discuss the continent's progress and challenges but also led to the publication of
a book. This book, references available upon request, compiles various perspectives and
analyses on post-independence Africa, illustrating our commitment to enriching the dialogue
on African issues.
