Dr. Kritika Singh has won the title of SCOPUS INDEX CONCLAVE 2025 under the “International Best Researcher Award" award category. With an academic foundation deeply rooted in Food Securities and Community Health, Dr. Kritika Singh has established herself as a rising academic and researcher in the fields of Food and Nutritional Sciences. She completed her Postgraduate and Doctoral studies in Food Nutrition, Public Health, and Food Securities from the prestigious Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. Her research journey reflects a profound commitment to addressing contemporary challenges related to malnutrition, food insecurity, and public health outcomes in both rural and urban populations.Currently, serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Galgotias University in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this role, she is engaged in teaching, mentoring, and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students while simultaneously conducting impactful research. Her work bridges academic theory and community-level implementation, focusing on sustainable food systems, maternal and child nutrition, dietary interventions, and the intersection of nutrition with non-communicable diseases in vulnerable populations. Her research contributions are both extensive and impactful. She has published more than 10 research papers in reputed peer-reviewed and Scopus-indexed journals, covering a range of themes such as micronutrient deficiencies, food fortification, dietary diversity, and health promotion strategies. Her research is characterized by its evidence-based approach, methodological rigor, and a strong focus on public health relevance. She has also presented her work at over 10 national and international conferences, where she actively engages with the academic and research community, contributing to important discussions on food policy, health equity, and sustainable development goals (SDGs) related to hunger and health.
